Tribe Terminal
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 14, 2026
Important: Tribe Terminal is a decentralized wallet and payments terminal. We prioritize privacy and data minimization. This policy explains what limited data we collect and how we protect it.
1. Who We Are
Tribe Terminal is operated by Tribe Terminal ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a Solana wallet, Tally links, Tally Streams, EAT SOL and EAT TRIBE services, and supporting infrastructure built on Solana.
2. What Information We Collect
2.1 Blockchain Data (Public)
- Wallet Addresses: Your Solana wallet public key for transactions, Tally links, streams, swaps, cleanup actions, and rewards
- Transaction Signatures: On-chain transaction hashes for verification
- Token Mint Addresses: Public addresses of SPL tokens involved in transfers, swaps, streams, and account cleanup
- Token Amounts: Publicly visible token transfer amounts
Note: Blockchain data is publicly accessible on the Solana network. We do not control this data.
2.2 Service-Specific Data
- Tally Links: Recipient address, amount, token, label, message, and other pay-request details contained in the link
- Tally Streams: Stream sender, recipient, mint, escrow, rate, duration, claim, cancellation, and close information recorded on-chain
- EAT SOL and EAT TRIBE: Public wallet and token activity required to operate rewards, claims, or product features
- Security Features: Local-only app security events such as failed PIN attempts, dummy PIN unlocks, and browser PIN events
- Messages and Memos: On-chain memos you choose to attach to transactions; do not include sensitive information in public transaction memos
2.3 Technical Data
- API Usage: Request timestamps, rate limiting counters, and error logs needed to keep services reliable
- Performance Metrics: Server health, database query times, and RPC availability
- Security Logs: Failed authentication attempts and suspicious activity patterns for abuse prevention
2.4 What We Do Not Collect

- Verify transaction signatures to prevent fraud
- Protect infrastructure from spam, automated abuse, and denial-of-service attacks
3.3 Service Improvement
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns without individual ad tracking
- Debug errors and improve reliability
- Measure API response times and service availability
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
- Railway and hosting providers: Hosting and deployment infrastructure
- Solana RPC providers: Public blockchain access and transaction submission
- Notification services: Push or email delivery only when a feature requires it and you opt in or provide contact information
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request. We will resist overly broad requests and notify users when legally permitted.
5. Data Security
- In Transit: TLS for API communications
- At Rest: Provider-level encryption and secured environment variables
- On Device: Wallet secrets are protected by Android secure storage and app PIN controls
- Local Security Logs: PIN failure and dummy PIN events remain on the device unless you choose to share them
6. Data Retention
- Tally Links: Link data usually lives in the URL and may not require server-side storage
- Tally Streams: Stream state is retained on-chain according to Solana account rules
- Logs: Error logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability
- Local App Data: You can clear local wallet/browser/security data from device settings and app controls
7. Your Rights
You can request access to or deletion of off-chain data by contacting us. Blockchain data cannot be deleted because it is public and immutable. We may retain data required for legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
8. International Users
Tribe Terminal is operated from the United States. By using our services, you consent to data processing in the United States. We follow data minimization, transparency, and user-rights principles where applicable.
